CDL Test Class A/B/C Automatic/Manual You must successfully complete each step before moving on to the next. The test will be ended if a step is failed. You will be required to reschedule. If any portion is failed the fee is $200.00 PER SECTION for Basic control skills and Road Per a student contract, they are entitled to ONE Free Re-Test You must test in a vehicle representative of the license and type you are applying for. Those using automatic transmission vehicles will receive and "automatic transmission only" restriction. To be valid for air brakes, you must test in an air brake equipped vehicle. Each applicant must have the following when arriving for your test: a. Valid vehicle registration b. Valid vehicle registration for trailer (Class A only) c. Valid vehicle insurance card d. Your valid commercial license permit e. Your valid class E license f. Original Copy of Medical Certificate (D.O.T.) g. Re-testing fee $600.00 (If all 3 sections fail) Applicants arriving late or failure to present the required documents will result in the test being canceled, and subject to a retest fee of $600.00 Proper footwear is required for testing. No open toed shoes or shoes without a strap around the ankle will be permitted. No applicant will be allowed to receive any training on the day of their test. If any applicant does not follow this rule their test will be canceled. Any fees paid to Classic Traffic School, LLC do not affect any fees collected by the Florida Division of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. If you cannot keep your appointment, you must reschedule within 72-business hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the test fees.
